Who can apply?

Ans: - Any person who perched any article from any person, firm or company and is found defective he can apply.

Or

Any person who hire services from any company information, Govt. offices, G/V offices & if the service found divertive, &not satisfactory (or not as per agreement) that person can also apply. 

To whom he should apply?

Ans:- He should apply to Registrar, Nagpur district consumer Redressal Forum Nagpur, office at 5^th Floor New administrative Building, Civil Lines Nagpur.

What is Limitation and Tradition of the Nagpur Devoice Forum?

Ans: - Applicant should file a complaint within 2years & its Jurisdiction is only for Nagpur dottiest (Urban)- This Forum has Power to an order from Rs.1 to 5 Lacs. 

How to apply?

Ans:- A Person (to whom we may called Consumer as per G No.1) or a consumer has to file applications dong with all relevant documents (attached with) in 5 sets. Out of there five sets 1^st set should be on affidavit sworned before Register of The forum. (or any other executive Magistrate ) It the Non-applicant is more than one then applicant has to submit one more extra set i.e. If Non- applicant is only one, 5 sets are required i.e. extra Number of sets are required if number of Non-applicants are more then one.

Limitation   - From Rs.5 Lacs & one to twenty Lacs

Time limit   - Within one-month form date of order of the District from.
