- Put the peas and baby potatoes in the pan of the cooker without the cooking plate. Add 2 cups of water, cover with the lid and switch to 'cook mode'. After 20 minutes manually switch to 'warm mode'. Remove the boiled peas and baby potatoes.
- Put the oil in the pan of the cooker and switch to 'cook mode'. Add cloves, cinnamon and onion paste and fry till golden [8 minutes approx.]. Add ginger paste and garlic paste and fry for 2 more minutes. Then add tomato puree, dried fenugreek leaves, coriander, cumin, turmeric,
chili powder, salt and cottage cheese.
- After 10 minutes add boiled peas and potatoes with 2 cups of water. Cover with the lid.
- Cook for 20 more minutes and then switch off. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
