Apple Carving

Ingredients:
5-6 big red apples 200 gm. fresh cream
4 tsp. sugar 6 almonds 
6 cashew nuts, cut into small pieces  10-12 raisins
Sharp knife for carving

Method:

  1. Wash 2 large-sized red apples. Take a sharp knife, cut the small upper part of the apple, and scoop out the pulp from the center of the apple and make it hollow. Now carve the apple in a small 'V' shape in round. Make 2 or 3 such rounds. 
  2. Take a bowl put some sugar in it. Add cream and whip it properly. Now add some dry fruits. Fill the hollow apple with the whipped cream. Garnish with some more dry fruits on the top. Serve fresh.
