Apple Crunchy Pudding

Ingredients:
6 chopped apples 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
3 slices of tinned pineapple, chopped 8-10 cherries
1 cup cornflakes 1 brick vanilla ice-cream 
4 pieces of jelly-belly [of different colours] 1 packet hard rusk
Method:
  1. In a bowl melt ice-cream, add apples, cinnamon powder, pineapple pieces, cherries, cornflakes and jelly-belly [broken]. Place Rusk in a flat serving bowl and pour ice-cream mixture on top. Refrigerate and serve cool.
