- Drench [wet] Badam for 12 hrs .Peel out the
chilkas. Grind it finer.
- Mix sugar in grinded Badam and keep aside for ½
hrs.
- Take this mixture in khadai and put it on fire [gas] and stir it well to make a thick [mixture] paste. Let it cool.
- Make a roti of the thick mixture [paste] with
belan. Spread varakh on it to garnish it. Cut it to pieces.
- Your Badam Katli is ready to serve.
