Badam Katli

Ingredients:-
1 kg Almond seeds [badam]
900 gms Sugar
Method:-
  1. Drench [wet] Badam for 12 hrs .Peel out the chilkas. Grind it finer.
  2. Mix sugar in grinded Badam and keep aside for ½ hrs.
  3. Take this mixture in khadai and put it on fire [gas] and stir it well to make a thick [mixture] paste. Let it cool.
  4. Make a roti of the thick mixture [paste] with belan. Spread varakh on it to garnish it. Cut it to pieces.
  5. Your Badam Katli is ready to serve.
