Chocolate Trifle 
Ingredients:

6 slate bread slice or 125 gm. stake cake crumbs

4 tsp. castor sugar
100 gm. cashew nuts 2 tsp. hot apricot jam
1 small plain chocolate 4 tsp. cocoa powder 
2 tsp. water 8 tsp. icing sugar, sifted
1 chocolate, grated

Method:

  1. Remove the crust from the slices and make crumbs. Add sugar, cashew nuts and enough hot jam to bind the mixture together. Divide the mixture and make round balls. Leave them to cool in a refrigerator for some time.
  2. Now, melt plain chocolate in water, add cocoa powder and cook for some time on low flame. Remove from fire, add icing sugar. Mix thoroughly and keep aside to cool. Dip, refrigerated round balls in chocolate mixture, roll over grated chocolate. Store in a refrigerator.
