Corn In Red Cabbage
Preparation time: 1 hr. Serves 4-5 
Ingredients:
1 packet corn  1 medium red cabbage 
1 medium onion, chopped 3 chopped flakes of garlic
2 green chillies, diced  1" chopped ginger piece 
4 tsp. refined oil ½ cup curd 
1½ tsp. red chilli  1½ tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. turmeric powder  2 tbsp. coriander powder 
½ cup chopped coriander leaves  4 tbsp. butter
Tomato pieces for garnishing 
Method:
  1. Boil the corn and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and put onion, garlic, ginger and chilli in it. Fry till translucent and glossy. Add spices and curd and fry well till oil separates. Add corn and mix well. Keep aside. 
  2. Scoop out the cabbage in the middle and mix the scrapes in the above mixture. Stuff the cabbage with this mixture, smear butter on the cabbage. Put in a greased tray and bake in a oven till cooked. Sprinkle coriander leaves and tomato pieces. Serve with Roti or Paratha.
