French Beans In Coconut gravy

Ingredients:
400 gm. French beans

1 coconut 

A pinch of asafetida A pinch of soda bicarb
3-4 chopped green chillies  2 tbsp. lightly roasted peanuts
2 tbsp. oil  Salt to taste
Method:
  1. Scrape out the coconut meat, add green chillies and 2 cups of water and blend in a blender and strain. String the French beans and slice them diagonally. Heat 1 tbsp. oil, add asafetida and the French beans.
  2. Add ¾ cup of water and soda bicarb, cook on a slow flame until the French beans are soft. Add the roasted peanuts, coconut milk and salt to the cooked French beans and cook for a few minutes. Serve hot.
