Gazpacho Soup

Ingredients:
8 large peeled tomatoes  1 medium-sized green capsicum 
1 large pared cucumber 1½ tbsp. vinegar
A dash of red chili powder 1½ tsp. salt 
2 cloves garlic, split  Pepper powder 
Desired quantity of cold water Croutons 
Method:
  1. Keep aside one tomato, half cucumber and capsicum, for serving with soup. Grind all other ingredients except garlic and croutons. Chill. Float garlic on chilled soup before serving. 
  2. Serve with chopped tomato, cucumber and capsicum along with croutons as accompaniments.
