Green Pea Soup
Ingredients:
1½ cup cooked peas 2 tbsp. butter 
1 tsp. flour ½ cup milk
1 tsp. powdered pepper  2½ cups boiling water 
Cream for topping  Salt to taste
Method:
  1. Mix butter and stock with boiling water. Grind cooked peas and milk into a smooth paste. Add to mixture in step 1 and simmer in sauce pan on slow fire till soup is smooth and thick. 
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add freshly whipped cream on top.
