Kaju Katli
Ingredients:-
1 kg Kaju.
900 gms. sugar.
Method:-
  1. Grind Kaju in a Mixie. Sieve that powder, with chalani. Make chasani from boiling sugar, [2 tars].
  2. Add grinded and sieved kaju powder and mix stirring well.
  3. Make a roti with belan and cut with equal parts. Your Kaju Katli is ready
