Kudamilagai Poriyal

Cooking time: 35 minutes

Serves 2-3

Ingredients:
4 green capsicums 2 tbsp. sour curd
2 tsp. curry powder ½ tsp. salt
2 potatoes  3 tsp. oil
1 tbsp. mustard seeds ½ tsp. cumin seeds
¼ tsp. asafoetida powder Some curry leaves
Method: 
  1. Smear the curd on chopped capsicum and potatoes. Set aside for 10 minutes. Heat oil. Add all the tempering ingredients. When the mustard seeds splutter and capsicum. potato mixture, salt and 2 tbsp. water. 
  2. Cover and simmer till done. Sprinkle curry powder. Fry for a few minutes. Serve with boiled Rice.
