Methi Puri

Makes: 15 Puris

Serves 5-6 

 

Ingredients:
2 cups maida  100 gm. paneer

½ tsp. pepper powder

1 tbsp. dhania powder
½ tsp. ajwain powder 

1 cup milk 

1 small bunch methi leaves  Oil for frying 
Salt to taste
Method:
  1. Chop the methi leaves in a bowl. Grate the paneer and remove it in a bowl. Add maida, pepper powder, dhania powder, ajwain salt, chopped methi leaves and grated paneer. 
  2. Make a soft dough by adding milk. Heat oil, make puris of the dough and fry till light brown.
