Missi Roti
Preparation time: 10 minutes Makes: 20 Rotis
Cooking time: 30 minutes 
Ingredients:
2 teacup gram flour 1 teacup plain flour
1 teacup wheat flour 1 finely chopped onion
2-3 chopped green chilies  2 tbsp. chopped coriander or fenugreek leaves 
1 tsp. ajwain

4 tbsp. ghee 

Salt to taste
Method:
  1. Mix together all the ingredients with enough water and make a semi-stiff dough. Knead the dough well and keep for ½ hour. Knead again.
  2. Roll out into thin rounds and cook them on a tava with little ghee. Serve hot with butter or ghee.
