Mixed Herbs In Pulse Mix

Ingredients: 
1 cup mixed pulses [arhar, channa, moong, masur and urad]  1½ cup mixed herbs [spinach, fenugreek leaves, bathua, spring onion] 
1 tsp. salt 2 green chillies, diced
½ tsp. red chilli powder ¼ tsp. turmeric powder
4 flakes garlic paste  ¼ tsp. cumin seeds 
1 tbsp. oil 1 medium tomato pieces
Chopped coriander leaves
Method:
  1. Boil 4 cups of water and all the ingredients except the last one. Cook in pressure till 2 whistles are heard. Cool and sprinkle coriander leaves. Serve with rotis or parathas.
