Muligatawney Soup

Preparation time: 15 minutes 

Serves 6

Cooking time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
50 gms. butter  1 celery stalk chopped fine 
1 small diced carrot 1 large sliced onion 
25 gms. flour 2 tsp. curry powder 
25 gms. boiled rice Juice of one lemon 
1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. fresh cream
Method:
  1. Put the butter in the pan of the cooker without the cooking plate and switch to 'cook mode'. After the butter melts add the onion, carrots and celery. After 10 minutes add flour and curry powder with 7 cups of water. 
  2. Stir frequently. Cook for 25 more minutes and then add the boiled rice, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 more minutes and then switch off. Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot.
