Orange Basket With Beet Candles 

Ingredients:
6 big oranges 4 pieces beetroot
4 pieces carrot 3-4 spring onions 
Some fresh herb twigs  4-5 cherries or candied peels
Method:
  1. Cut oranges vertically at 1/3 from the top. Then carve it in zigzag style on outer edge to bottom. Scoop out the pulp and tie it with green leaf of spring onion. Make all baskets like this. 
  2. Cut a long stick from beetroot and carve it like a candle. Fix this in the middle of the orange basket with toothpick. Carve leaves from carrot and arrange. Arrange orange segments and herb twigs. Now orange-herb are ready to serve.
