zigzag style on outer edge to bottom. Scoop out the pulp and tie it with green leaf of spring onion. Make all baskets like this.

Cut a long stick from beetroot and carve it like a candle. Fix this in the middle of the orange basket with toothpick.
Carve leaves from carrot and arrange. Arrange orange segments and herb twigs. Now orange-herb are ready to serve.
