- Put the spinach in the pan of the cooker without the cooking plate, cover with the lid and switch to 'cook mode'. Let it steam for 15 minutes and then switch off.
- After the spinach cools remove it from the pan and put it in the blender with green chillies and blend to a paste.
- Meanwhile in a kadai melt the butter, add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Then add onions and fry till tender.
- Put the spinach paste, fried onions, cottage cheese [without frying], cream and salt in the pan of the cooker without the cooking plate, cover with the lid and switch to 'cook mode'. After 10 minutes switch off.
- Garnish with cream and serve hot with Butter Nan.
