Paneer Korma
Preparation time : 15 minutes  Serves 6
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients :
2 tbsp. oil 1-½ onions
¾ tsp. ginger paste ¾ tsp. garlic paste
3 tomatoes finely chopped 1-½ tsp. coriander
1-½ tsp. cumin 1 tsp. chilli powder
½ tsp. garam masala 500 gms. cubed cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
Method:
  1. Put the oil in the pan of the cooker without the cooking plate. Add onions, cover with the lid and switch to 'cook mode'.
  2. After 5 minutes add ginger paste and garlic paste, tomatoes, coriander, cumin, chilli powder, salt and garam masala. Stir occasionally.
  3. Cook for 10 more minutes and then add cottage cheese with 1/2 cup of water.
  4. Cook for 15 more minutes and then 'switch off'. Serve hot with Butter Nan.
