- Put the butter in the pan of the cooker without the cooking plate and switch to 'cook mode'. When butter begins to melt add the cashew nut powder. Stir frequently.
- After 5 minutes add tomato puree.
- Cook for 5 more minutes and then add cottage cheese, tomato sauce, tandoori masala, dried
fenugreek leaves, red chilli powder and salt.
- Cook for 10 more minutes and then switch off. Garnish with cream and serve hot.
