Paneer Noorjehan
Preparation time: 15 minutes    Serves 6
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

7 tbsp. cashew nut powder 1-1/2 cups tomato puree
100 gms. butter 3 tbsp. tomato sauce
500 gms. cubbed cottage cheese 1-½ tsp. tandoori masala
2 tbsp. dried fenugreek leaves 1-1/2 tsp. chilli powder
¼ cup cream 3/4 tsp. salt

Method:

  1. Put the butter in the pan of the cooker without the cooking plate and switch to 'cook mode'. When butter begins to melt add the cashew nut powder. Stir frequently.
  2. After 5 minutes add tomato puree.
  3. Cook for 5 more minutes and then add cottage cheese, tomato sauce, tandoori masala, dried fenugreek leaves, red chilli powder and salt.
  4. Cook for 10 more minutes and then switch off. Garnish with cream and serve hot.
