Wet [drench] rice for an hour. Drain the water and make a fine paste grinding in
mixie.

Mix rice paste in milk and boil it for 10 min. [Stir it continuously, otherwise lower layer of paste in kadhai may get burned.]

Now add milkmaid to it. Add cardamoms, keshar, rose water to it. Let it cool.

Set it in a bowl [katori] and keep it in refrigerator Garnish it with silver
varak or rose petals.
