Phirni

Ingredients:-
1 tin Milkmaid. [condensed milk.] 3 cups milk [plain]
100 gms rice. 1 tsp rose water.
Little kesar, cardamoms, and silver varak.
Method:
  1. Wet [drench] rice for an hour. Drain the water and make a fine paste grinding in mixie.
  2. Mix rice paste in milk and boil it for 10 min. [Stir it continuously, otherwise lower layer of paste in kadhai may get burned.]

  3. Now add milkmaid to it. Add cardamoms, keshar, rose water to it. Let it cool.

  4. Set it in a bowl [katori] and keep it in refrigerator Garnish it with silver varak or rose petals.
