Peel
and cut the potatoes into cubes. Then put the potatoes, onion,
salt and water in the cooker. Pressure
cook the ingredients on high heat and then reduce heat and cook
for 3 minutes.
- Remove cooker
from the gas and allow to cool naturally. Once
cooled, open the cooker and mix the mixture smooth in a blender
or mash it through a sieve.
- Transfer soup
to a vessel and add milk and pepper. Place
the vessel on medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring
continuously.
- Add the cheese
and stir till the cheese melts. Serve
immediately garnished with parsley.
