Ingredients: |

500 gm. carrot |
 |
1 big tsp. of oil |
 |
1/3 tsp. of salt |
 |
1/3 tsp. red chilli powder |
 |
1/3 tsp. black pepper powder |
 |
A bunch of green coriander leaves |
 |
A bunch of green mint leaves |
 |
1 chopped green chilli |
 |
1 lemon, cut into round pieces |

Method: |

Wash and peel the carrots, and grate them finely.
Put one big tsp. of oil in an airtight vessel. Add grated carrot, ¼ tsp. salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder.
- Close the vessel and steam cook for 5-7 minutes.
Remove from fire and pour it into a serving dish. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli and lemon pieces. Serve hot.
