Steamed Carrot
Preparation time: 10-12 minutes Serves 2-4 
Ingredients:
500 gm. carrot 1 big tsp. of oil
1/3 tsp. of salt 1/3 tsp. red chilli powder
1/3 tsp. black pepper powder  A bunch of green coriander leaves
A bunch of green mint leaves 1 chopped green chilli
1 lemon, cut into round pieces 
Method: 
  1. Wash and peel the carrots, and grate them finely. Put one big tsp. of oil in an airtight vessel. Add grated carrot, ¼ tsp. salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder.
  2. Close the vessel and steam cook for 5-7 minutes. Remove from fire and pour it into a serving dish. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli and lemon pieces. Serve hot.
