| Stir-Fried Vegetable Parathas

| For the Stuffing: | |||
| 2 sliced onion | 2 teacups shredded cabbage | ||
| A pinch of ajinomoto powder [optional] | 1 teacup coarsely grated carrot | ||
| ½ tsp. Soya sauce | 1 teacup bean sprouts | ||
| ½ tsp. sugar | 2 tbsp. oil | ||
| Salt to taste | |||
| For the Dough: | |||
| 3 teacups maida | |||
| 1 tbsp. oil | |||
| ½ tsp. oil | |||
| Method: | |||
| For the Dough Mixture: | |||

Mix the plain flour, oil and salt. Add a little warm water to make a soft dough. Knead the dough very well for a few minutes, leave aside for ½ hour. |

| For the Stuffing: | |||
|
Heat the oil, add the vegetables, ajinomoto powder and onions and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the Soya sauce and salt, mix well and cool. |
