| Stuffed Cauliflower |

Ingredients: |

1 medium-sized cauliflower |
 |
½ cup boiled green peas |
 |
½ cup grated paneer |
 |
2 tbsp. khus-khus paste
ginger-garlic paste |
 |
8-10 kashmiri mirch, paste |
 |
1 cup oil |
 |
1 tsp. salt |
 |
½ cup tomato puree |
 |
2 tsp. finely chopped dry-fruits |
 |
1 tsp. garam masala powder |
 |
¼ cup fresh cream |

For Stuffing: |

Heat oil in a pan, add brown onion paste, khus-khus paste and kashmirir mirch paste, fry well. Add salt, green peas and grated
paneer, cook for 5-7 minutes. Add chopped dry fruits and remove from fire.

Method: |

Clean the cauliflower, remove all the leaves and stems. Wash the cauliflower carefully without breaking it. Now scoop the cauliflower from the middle very carefully.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower till it becomes brown. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, salt and tomato puree and
saute. Add garam masala powder.

Put the stuffed cauliflower in this masala and cook for 10-15 minutes. When cooked, place in a serving dish and garnish with chopped coriander and fresh cream.
