Stuffed Lady's Finger

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Serves 2-4

Ingredients: 
400 gm. lady's finger  200 gm. paneer
1/3 small tsp. white cumin seeds ½ small tsp. red chilli powder 
2 big tomatoes ½ tsp. salt 
1 big tbsp. oil, for paneer and tomato  2 big tbsp. oil, for frying bhindi 
2-3 green chillies, 1-2 tomatoes for garnishing
Method:
  1. Wash lady's finger and dry with a cloth. Remove both ends and top, give a lengthwise cut in the middle. Wash and mash the paneer.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the mashed tomatoes, put red chilli powder, white cumin seeds, salt and add mashed cheese. Mix well and cook for a few minutes. Remove from fire and stuff it in the bhindi.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and cook the stuffed bhindi until tender by covering it and keeping it on slow fire. Garnish with green chiilies and tomatoes. Serve hot at lunch or dinner.
