Stuffed Onions 
Preparation time: 30 minutes Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
8 big onions ½ cup boiled moong daal
1 green chilli  A bunch of coriander leaves 
1 tbsp. oil  ½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. red chilli powder  ½ tsp. pepper
Method:
  1. Peel and cut a small piece of onion from stem side. Scoop out the inner portion. Boil it in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Add all the masalas to moong daal and fill it in the onions. 
  2. Smear oil over onions. Cook in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes [or in a karahi] until slightly brown. Decorate with tomatoes.
