Veg. Brown Stew 
Preparation time: 20 minutes Serves
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
4 tbsp. of butter 1 tsp. sugar
2 bay leaves  100 gms. carrot cut to cubes 
100 gms. French beans cut to cubes 100 gms. green peas
100 gms. cauliflower florets  100 gms. peeled baby onions
100 gms. peeled baby potatoes 3 tbsp. wheat flour
½ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. nutmeg 
3 stock cubes ¾ tsp. pepper powder 
2 tsp. coriander leaves
Method:
  1. Put the butter in the pan of the cooker without the cooking plate and switch to 'cook mode'. After the butter melts add sugar, bay leaves, onions, potatoes, French beans, green peas, cauliflower and carrots and cover with the lid. Stir occasionally. 
  2. After 15 minutes add the wheat flour with 4-½ cups of water and mix well. Cook for 10 more minutes [when the mix begins to boil] and then add nutmeg, stock cubes, pepper powder and salt. 
  3. Cook for 20 more minutes and then switch off. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with steamed butter rice.
